I don't see why not. At times Dad raised Tennessee Walking Horses, and had around a dozen horses. Years ago there were cattle. Every 10 years, trees can be harvested from the forest.

The horse barn is really first rate.

Not too sure on the household items - mom and my sister were organizing that - various kitchenware items I think.
