On a tier of their own are: Hasek, Brodeur, Roy. Price is in that conversation of on ice dominance.
No one else can hold their jocks.

What has price seriously accomplished to put him in that conversation? If the guy played for a small market team like Florida, Nashville, Columbus, or Carolina he wouldn't even be close. Just cause he's in one of the greatest hockey markets ever he gets put on a pedestal. He's more of a Luongo than a Brodeur or a Hasek.

Watched whole list play throughout their careers, that's all I'm basing this on.
If he played for a small market team... they would quickly become a popular team.

The only thing in question is the length but to me Price is the best goaltender in the world, by far, and he's worth every cent. He's carried Montreal, whom to me has among the leagues most mediocre rosters on paper. He's a guy who can steal multiple series, so he's the only goaltender I'd invest that much money in. The normal rule of thumb on not spending on his position absolutely does not apply here.

It takes more than one player to win a championship. Especially today. Have you taken a peak at that Montreal roster in recent years? What more can you expect from a guy? Hasek, Roy or Brodeur arguably couldn't do more with the rosters Montreal have put together.

Which is why Roy got the hell out of there.

Sorry to break this to you but that picture is fake. Well, it's actually Sawchuk but those scars are done with makeup.

That is a lot of money that they now can't pay to Forever a Flame Paul Byron. Sad! Better trade him back to the Flames, for futures.

As I understand it, the scars/injuries in the photo represented real injuries he had suffered in his career, but they used lighting and makeup to accentuate them for the photo.

Carey Price: Career stats in World Jr. Championship, Olympics & WCH2016 (so every instance when he wasn't dependent on an organization like the Habs providing him a quality team in front of him).

No it wasn't, he left because he and the coach didn't see eye to eye to the point where the coach tried to embarrass him publicly.
