Huh?
An underprivileged kid would still want to attend the game whether or not Gaudreau was there. A spoiled kid who goes several times a year would piss and moan about a upper class event that's slightly less valuable. It's like complaining that your corvette didn't come with "On Star".

How so?

Huh?
This is also a weird post. Does this scenario even exist in this city?

They disrespected Hartley, team rules and their teammates. Tonight they pay the price. Hopefully lesson learned and move on.

People are seriously overthinking this. We all made mistakes when we were 21, and if we were lucky enough, there was someone there to hold us accountable and teach us a lesson.

I understand the frustration of ticketholders however hopefully they enjoy a Flames win tonight and many benefits of this accountability for years to come.

I'm looking at this as a short term addressing to prevent a longer term issue.

If the Flames wanted accountability, they should have drafted accountants.

Overreactions by management and Sober Island episodes invariably lead to trades to, and more Stanley Cups for, the Los Angeles Kings.

Is Hudler a healthy scratch next game because he's mentoring Johnny and Monny?

Must be a rough night for the person running an Instagram dedicated to Gaudreau, Monahan and Bouma.

I didn't see this earlier. It's from a Sportsnet article:

And here’s the kicker: On Wednesday the Flames begin their “Dad’s Trip” through San Jose and Arizona. As such, all of the Flames fathers were in the Saddledome seats Tuesday night.

Ouch.

If there is anything for them to be embarrassed about, having their fathers here to witness the fallout only adds to it, for sure.

knowing that their dads will be spending a lot of time with the other dads and knowing this will come up in conversation will humiliate any player with a shred of pride.

Knowing their fathers are going to be spending some time with the players, I must say Hartley made the right call. Solid strategy all around.

It sure adds a different element to this situation.

I'd love to be a fly on the wall when the conversations between father and son happen.

Maybe Johnny wants to change his nickname to Football from Hockey?
