I don't like it one bit - as I want to win hockey games.

Anyone else think that a scratching a player for an off ice issue is stupid? It's barely a punishment.
Save the press box for on ice performance issues where it actually might serve a purpose.
Now Johnny and Monahan are going to get to sit there and eat popcorn while the fans have to suffer through watching a game without 50% of the talent on this team.
A bag skate or something would be much better.

Is he saying they'll be scratched, or just moving Monahan off the top line?
The Flames don't even have 3 extra forwards, so is Hartley going to throw Nakladal out there on Granlund's wing?

I have tickets to tonight's game, and I'm pretty pissed if this is true. Taking Gaudreau out is just brutal. Take him out for an away game, not a freaking home game.
