Default HULU (youtube for broadcast tv) now public

I haven't really been following this, so might be old news, but HULU is now public. It's like youtube but for tv shows. It started with NBC and FOX but i think there's like 60 companies sign in now. Basically it's streaming video for tv and movies. Thought you guys would want to check it out.

www.hulu.com

The catch is they show ads during hte show (like commericals) but not as frequent.

unfortunately, it doesn't work in Canada, but you can get around it by installing a vpn plugin called hotspot shield. It's free but shows random ads when running. can get it here.

Hope someone finds this useful

Is it just me, or are 99% of the shows b-list cable garbage? 30 rock is the only one I'm interested in.

Maybe TOTAL RECALL 2070!!!

Thanks for posting though.

I have never used a proxy or VPN to access this kinda stuff. Is there an easy way of knowing what country your VPN ip is from? Or do I need to learn the syntax of IP's?
