Also want to add Ryley Grantham. Lesser known guy, but a flames prospect nonetheless. 3 prospects in the tourny to watch. Really looking forward to watching the games.

Backlund vs Niemsz, how much better can that get?

I am now officially more excited about the Memorial Cup Finals than the Stanley Cup Finals.

And the Stanley Cup has been producing some good games....

Backlund v. Nemisz is fantastic.

It's to bad the Hitmen couldn't make it but it would be great to see Backlund v. Nemisz.

Go Spitfires!

Any streams for Europeans?

Edit. Who are Nemisz's and Backlund's linemates? Is Nemisz center or winger on his line?

Nemisz plays with Hall and Loktionov, on RW, but he takes a lot of the face-offs.

I think Backlund plays with Almond and Duval.

The Spitfire games I have seen had Nemisz playing with Loktionov and Wellwood.................but that was earlier in the season.

Correct sir. Although Duval gets subbed out every so often for Evan Bloodoff when they need to stir the pot a bit.

It's tied at 2-2, heading into OT in the Windsor vs. Drummondville game right now.

Not really.

They should easily beat the Oceanic today and then get to face Drummondville again in the Semi's where Drummondville is unlikely to get the same lucky bounces and incredibly weak goal.

If I were the Spitfires I would feel pretty good about my chances of getting to the finals since they were clearly the better team out there yesterday.

Hopefully, the game worked as a wake-up call for the Spits. This should be a two-team tournament right now (it would have been between three teams, but Drummondville is just too banged up to bet on.) I'll be very surprised if Kelowna and Windsor aren't in the final.

I know that Rimouski is the host but does that mean they get the hometown reffing as well?

The calls in the Kelowna were pretty bad and in this game the reffing has been in favor of Rimouski as well.
