If it's a live console output you are trying to capture putty has some logging functionality, you can log the output you see in various ways and then use NotePad++ or some other text editor to manipulate the file as necessary.
If it's to transfer an existing file on a filesystem, WinSCP will connect via SSH and let you transfer files back and forth (basically a Windows GUI for scp).
EDIT: Sorry you said specifically telnet, but not sure if you mean that literally (in which case putty and turning on logging) or just meant that as remotely connecting (i.e. via SSH), no experience with PBXes so not sure which it would be.
