Ya i don't see anything in those videos to justify Olly being a traitor, like honestly suck it up. Who hasn't seen their parents eaten?

Hrmm perhaps, at first thought Joffrey would make a great Sith Lord.. but now I see he might be TO powerful with all that hate and anger flowing through him. Vader had to step in and put an end to it before he was over thrown.

The showrunners are probably so happy they're not so tied to Martin anymore. Guy is more interested in trolling fans than driving his story to a conclusion.
Plus it smacks down the insufferably smug bookreaders.
All that work finally reading something from cover to cover all for naught. Sorry Costanza.
I think your mixing up work and enjoyment! Anyone reading these books as "work" are doing it wrong.
I think its wonderful they are diverging from the books, two separate stories = more entertainment in a universe I love. This type of universe seems to come around so little, so this is very exciting for most of us book readers I imagine.
As for book spoilers, my guess is some of the book theories are still true and will hold up in the show, but only time will tell. The problem is there are so many, involving every single character, when I see one on screen, I think I know what will already happen to them!

Great season so far.
I am actually concerned. Martin drolled on and on, but set-up the start of this season to be great - i.e. it wasn't hard for the writers to tie-up the events such as - i.e. Tower of Joy, Snow back to life, Sansa / Snow reunion since they had it set up for them.
What will be interesting to see is how they set up the rest of the events if they don't have Martin's 50 pages to 2 min of screen time to fall back on. Danny's overtake of the Dorthaic was straight from the TV writers and had me feeling they took the easier way out by just simply burning them all, where as if G RR had done it, it would of been 100 pages long, condensed into 10min of screen time, and potentially better.
I hope the show writers live up to the past 5 seasons once we get a little bit more into this season, as I agree, this season has been great, but like I said, it was set-up to start great!
