Anyone know where to buy Covered RV foam mattresses? (Or own a foam shop that can make a couple?). Need 2 at 5 inch thick 29x76.

Check out Army & Navy, and if they're the wrong size bust out an Olfa knife. I can't recall the costs, but it's easy. Might not be 5" thick however.

Are they covered though? Dont feel like sewing a poly cover for them.

No its raw foam. I made a cover when I did it and cover the whole thing with a sheet.

I had these guys do a custom mattress for my RV:

Reasonably priced, and they didn't try to jerk me around with quoting one price, and then mentioning what extras I had to pay for. Came with it's own mattress cover made from sheet material, so I can take the mattress out and wash the cover.
