Uncharted 4, Mafia III and Battlefield 1 are the only non sports 2016 games I've played so far, and Mafia was disappointing. So I guess I'll say Battlefield 1, except I know it's going to be the usual BS where even though I spent $80 on a game, I'll have to pay another $100-$200 over the next few years to get the full experience. I hate that so much. Rainbow Six does DLC right.

Still need to finish The Witcher, can't believe that's so old now.

Really do feel like Pokemon Go should deserve some recognition in spite of it lacking as a game/proper development as it was a real phenomenon that reached outside the typical gaming community.

I had a huge backlog so I only played 1 new release game this year and I loved it. So I'll throw in a vote for

FAR CRY - PRIMAL

I'm surprised Overwatch isn't as high on this list so far. I haven't played it much myself, but it's consistently Top 10 viewed on Twitch and it's so new still. That said, I'm gonna push artificially push Stardew up the list because it's an amazing game and the story behind it is pretty compelling lol.

I can't believe Uncharted 4 is getting so much votes. You guys stayed awake during all the monotonous climbing in the 2nd half of the game?

I've not finished XCOM 2 but it could push into my 3rd spot. Pretty addictive game.

Now, do you guys mean The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine expansion pack, or just the base Witcher 3: Wild Hunt? Because the expansion pack counts, but base Witcher does not.

Skyrim Remastered also is not eligible.
