I still think a thread like this is a good idea. We can bump it with random highlights from around the NHL, whether it be video clips or gifs.

Can we spoiler the gifs in this thread so opening up the page doesn't take 40 minutes?

Yep, my browser seriously took 3 minutes to get through the first cycle of that Daley gif. Third world internet down here...

How do webm files work for you? (assuming they work)
They're supposed to have the added benefit of loading instantly, but not until you hit play, and are also much higher quality.

that file extension is great, better than youtube clips even.
Hopefully they get the right plugins for all ways of browsing soon.
