Hello guys, just woke up here in CR. Bought airticket yesterday night, will come to CGY November 11th 13:55, flight from Amsterdam. Going back Nov 23rd. Have no idea about those tickets so far /Aeneas will tell me/, but as I can see via some posts, huge help from you! So thank you very, very much, huge THANKS to all of you.

Will be great to see some of you I met in 2011 again, trip to CGY really the best time of this year for me. To see the Flames in action again.....perfect, juuuust perfect. So after Aeneas trip to CR in Sep, I will see him again in NOV. He is a really good friend and perfect person. Cannot express how glad I am, that I accepted his offer in 2011 and stayed in his house. I gained one PERFECT Canadian friend.

Met many of you from CP in 2011, still remeber everybody from Peanut ´s, Flames central etc, so will be really cool to see some of you /maybe all :-)/ again.

Thank you CP for such a hearted welcome in that year and thanks for all your generosity this time.

I don't have the tickets yet so don't get extra excited. I share seasons (someone else grabbed The Devils) but the guy beside us will sell us his tickets. Last I checked they were available but I should know more next week. They are the row above the visitors tunnel and there is a straight line into that side of the bench. From experience I know the players can hear you.

Tell him driving from Toronto to Calgary is farther than driving from Prague to Moscow. It is about equivalent of Prague to Syria. But in snow.

Toronto to Calgary is about 3,400 kms

Prague to Moscow is about 2,000 kms

Prague to Moscow to Helsinki is about 3,100 kms

Yep. That was just the best major city that sounded far enough away to put the goalposts in for "if you would drive here, then add 10 hours"

It would be interesting to see it proven, but I think you could drive 3400 Tor cgy quicker than 2000 Pra moscow. Think you could average a higher speed for much longer times on the urban area deprived trans canada.

I divided up my season tix and landed Coyotes / Ducks on 13/18 but it looks like they are set. Let me know if there are any issues that arise

Update Bump.

Calgaryboy arrives tomorrow. Weather is perfect for a Canadian hockey visit I think. Team is playing superbly.

Arrived yesterday, super excited but also super tired:-D Fell asleep at 7pm and now /3:20am/ cannot sleep:-D Aeneas and his lovely kids did very nice welcome for me at the airport. Kids holding their Czech drawings along with Czech flag. Perfect!!! Also Aeneas' plans are fantastic for me. He is the real friend. Looking forward to see you guys during CP meetings or Flames games.......Immigration officer was not too much into my plan...said: "You are going all the way from Czech republic because of Flames hockey??????"....Yeah Mr. that is exactly what I am doing. He said just now (-17 where we were) that it has never been that cold in Hodonin, that he can remember.

As for the weather. ..I do not mind it, clear blue sky, nice clear view on Rocky mountains...Looking forward to today's wekcome party and for tommorow's game day practice in the morning and then the Flames game! Go Flames! Calgary is a beautiful city!!!!!
