Ummm unless they actually watch the tape of how he's playing.

They are doing it wrong! You have to play Jackman LESS to increase his trade value.

I honestly think Hartley just loves Jackman....the guy is a complete tool and costs us more games then he's actually played well in yet he's rewarded time and time again. The team would be better off just not having him on the team with no return

I don't understand what you guys are bitching about, we need to spread the talent across all four lines, you cannot have jackman and McGratton on the same line

I hope they send Hudler down to the 4th line.....

Best 4th line in the NHL!

Maybe Hartley is trying to spread the tough guys across the four lines since Saint Louis is a strong team?

Looks to me like Hartley is trying to match size with St. Louis.
If so, he's being outcoached by Hitch before the game even starts, and the Flames are going to get crushed.
I hope these lines change at game time.

Not sure why people automatically assume that the 4th line gets 6 minutes. These line combinations look pretty clearly like Hartley is going to be rolling all 4 in multiple situations. They are all structured essentially the same.

He also showed last game that the lines to start did not stay together and he mixed and matched throughout the game. It seems that people just want an excuse to roast Hartley.

Berra

Let's hope that things turn out well ...
... so that we can draft our franchise dman Ekblad in 2014
Looks like Hartley wants a "physical presence" to protect the two "smaller" lines. At least it gives a chance for Backlund to play with a skilled winger

Yes, and they kept getting worse and worse.
I'm starting to think Bob needs to see a mental health professional, and maybe start on lithium.

The Baertschi-Monahan-Hudler line has shown chemistry and produced. Why break it up?
Cammy's line has been pretty solid too, as long as they've had traffic in front.

Pretty telling of the injuries. I don't mind the lines honestly given what we have!

Trying to get size on every line is playing right into StL's hand...

The Flames will generate no offense with those lines on the road against a great defensive team.

I would not be surprised to see them shut out for the first time this season.

6-2 final. Blues are to big and fast for us to handle.

Very limited options - I'm betting we see all kinds of line combinations tonight. Reinhart in - Jackman out. Hope Berra stands on his head.

The only way we can win this game tonite is if Hitchcock reassembles the Bouwmeester-Butler pairing.

Sure - give me appropriate odds and I'm in.

"Not surprised"

Means: if it happens, I wouldn't be surprised.

As opposed to "I guarantee" for instance, which means something else entirely.

English - my favourite language!
