I admit, I don't really believe at this point. But I do hope. Hope dies last.
P.S. Note to Gulutzan: learn from the losses and make adjustments for the game. Not just Wideman instead of Bartkowski or Gillies instead of Elliott. Small tactical changes that help prevent same mistakes. Players need you now. One game at a time.
Go Flames!

The skaters the Flames can field can outmatch the Ducks when they're as banged up as they are
The big question is the goalie. Elliott, who's been bad his entire career against the Ducks, and bad lately as well. Johnson, who's been bad since late January. Gillies, who is a rookie and is the supposed future. Tough decision for GG, let's hope whatever decision he makes is the right one.
Let's get one more crack at the curse before this series is over!

Win the first one at home, I think this is pretty doable. The Ducks are probably fairly certain in their minds what the outcome will be in the series. The Flames have to bring the fight to them at home, and get that W. Get some monkeys off their backs at the same time.
The second one, that's the real challenge. Break the curse. Win in Anaheim. Tough, if not, impossible. But if you squeak out a win...
The third game is back at home. And the fans will be pumped and on board believing. You can win this one.
And then you're in Game 7. All the chips on the table, anything can happen, and the momentum is yours.
It all starts now.

Playoff season wouldn't be complete around here without a few ATL reports flooded with nervous duck fan comments.
Play 60 minutes tonight, not 50.Get some real momentum going and who knows how things go. If we can beat ourselves for three straight nights, I think we can do it to them as well.
This one will be a big emotional hurdle for the Flames. Hope to see Lazar and maybe even Freddie in (maybe will help Dougie as the bros love playing together). If one of the new guys can inject some energy and maybe contribute to a goal I think the Dome will be loud and get the team going. Just win game 4, worry about the rest later. Go Flames!

I would say Gulutzan has already made successful adjustments. The Flames have improved every game this series. The coach can't prevent bad bounces and pathetic goal tending.
