What is your "go to" demonstration movie/show for your system?
I was wondering what everyone uses as their "go to" movie and scene to demonstrate their home audio/video setup?
I have grown tired of the ones that I usually use, which inevitably are loud and with much onscreen action.
Can anyone suggest scenes that they use to show their system?
I used to use the opening scenes from Top Gun; the combination of music and action with the jets is usually a crowd pleaser but looking for something a bit more current.
Thank you!

Average team is average. Average drafts, average results, average trades, average asset management, average vision, average outcomes. Average.
My brother and I like to use the drone fight scene from Iron Man 2 with Iron Man and War Machine. Lots of guns, clanking metal, explosions, stuff like that.
If you own Dredd, there is a pretty cool sound system test that plays different clips of sounds though each speaker 1 by 1.
Used to be the Boat Fight scene in Pacific Rim, now it's the Hallway Fight scene from Daredevil Season 1 Episode 2, as it has lots of good sounds, movement, and is 4K with HDR in a dimly lit corridor so it shows off the per-pixel light volumes really well.
the first 5 minutes of Dances with Wolves when the bullet whizzes by Costner. If you have your audio system set up right you can feel the bullet whipping past your ear.
Of course the opening scene in ANH.

As far as movies... Many audiophiles swear by the Dolby Atmos mix of Gravity on Bluray - Which wasn't included in the original release, look for the 'Diamond Luxe Edition. I ordered it a while back and have re-watched several times, just an amazing sound mix.

I haven't done this in a long time myself, but this is what my dad and I always used...and I'd probably still use it today. Love the opening to that movie.
No scene, just a movie - Hellboy 2: The Golden Army.
