I have no problem with it. Keep picking them until you nail it. One or two of these goaltenders in the system you would hope turns into a solid NHL net minder.

great stats, obviously on an extremely good team. With the goalie pick out of the way, at least they can focus on skaters now.

He was a guy who got the starter job as a young guy in London which is rare. Carried the load the last two years.

You have to assume that the Flames will draft a goaltender every few years until they actually develop one. Happy with the pick.

No problem with a 2nd round pick on a goalie. Flames obviously watched him a lot in London.

I'm fine with this pick. He's one of the oldest players in the draft. I wonder where he would have been picked last year. Winning the Mem cup probably raised his stock this year.
