Grigory Rodchenkov, the former head of Russia's drug testing laboratory, outlined a very sophisticated process where they'd swap out samples of dozens of Russian athletes. Two other colleagues of his have died "coincidentally", he fled the the US.

The Russian track and field team is suspended for non-compliance, and the International Association of Athletics Federation will decide next month whether to lift the ban in time for Rio.

It really appears to be state sponsored, I think the ban should stick.

I would like to add genetic engineering and surgery to the Olympics.

Swimmers with blow holes and flipper feet. High Jumpers with spring loaded legs, boxers with metal fists.
