She's just starting to break out as a serious actor and probably wants to distance herself from the Olsen name as much as possible. She should definitely ride out the whole Scarlet Witch thing first.

If shes the assistant director of a University then a couple hundred grand a year in residuals is a very nice bonus to her salary.
Assuming its a decent University and not Greendale or something.
