Default Thank you Wideman!

Hey we know its Wideman's last year as a flame, and he has played his last game.

He may have had a terrible season, but god damn at time's he was a work horse for the team.

Thanks for the fun times Wides.

This isn't even good trolling.

Will it make you feel better if the thread got deleted? Cause I promise you it will eventually be made again, by someone else.

On a serious note, Wideman had some decent years before everything fell off the rails last season.

He may find a spot in the NHL on another team as a 5/6 like Vegas, Arizona. Wish him all the best but I hope he takes the Wideman Effect away from the team.

Wideman effect will last a long time. The refs and league are furious we stood up for him, argued the suspension, appealed it etc. League lost a lot of face when the arbitrator reduced the suspension, so much so that they fought it in court where they lost again! No, it pains me to say it but we will be wearing that ball and chain for awhile.
