Bouncing Koopas 134F-0000-0074-2AF7
- Just need a little luck, mostly.
My brother's levels:
The baked potato of snorbs 115C-0000-008A-5EBD
-a little tricky, currently 8% clear rate.
Molten fun but not molten at all 2020-0000-008A-D2CE
-figuring out where to go is tricky, after that, not extremely hard. It's been played by 19 people, none have cleared it. Knowing where to go, I can clear it around 50% of the time. Has a few distractions too.
I've created a level where the boss fight is mandatory. (I think). If you mess up you can take the warp pipe and try again. The ID is 135F-0000-008F-0945. Let me know if you think it was a good idea.
The game's mechanics hurt it a bit, but otherwise, I like the idea. Sometimes Bowser simply jumped at random instead of to where I was standing.
Not too bad, but the star lets you skip anything remotely difficult.

Felt like an SMW level! Very nice.

I'm not gonna lie, I rocked out at the run at the end. Good stuff!

Interesting maze, and I almost got owned by the P-switch, haha

Unique, but quite the test on your patience...ground pounds make it tolerable.

Tried both routes, liked the top route. Didn't feel the star was needed though.

Fun! I just wish jumping on a springboard was a more predictable feeling.

It's just that first bit that really messes you up...once I had the tanooki and sock, it was easy going from there.

Eh, punishing you for not knowing where to go can be lame. I chose the wrong pipe so it throws me into a pit? Not cool.

Nah, I gave up on it after a couple of those lousy deaths.
First place underground, where you have to fall to the unseen - have to back to left as much as possible to land on the ledge. Above ground, go down the second pipe you come to. Back underground, fall down by the two music note blocks, and fall to the right. After that, i think it's straightforward.
This level is not too hard. No cheap deaths as far as I can tell. You can go through it, or there are a couple shortcuts that can be tricky. The shortcut may or may not get you past a Bowser battle. the ID is 8A5D-0000-00A5-3955
You got me thinking on this one. It reminded me of the labyrinth castle level from Super Mario Lost levels. (or the Super Mario from Wii, don't remember).
Also, completed

Great level! It gets harder when you lose the cape!
Level completed as well.
Looking forward playing more of your levels Mazrim and Resolute 14!

I shot myself in the foot a few times for using the flower. You have to think before eliminating some of the enemies.
Done!

What a frustrating level!
I couldn't nail the high jump on the music boxes! But managed to finish it after a few tries.

The bottom route is fun! You have to be aware of everything around you
Loved it!

It's a matter of timing your jump right

With the sock, the level gets easy. But patience is key in this one.

First clear!
Took me about 10 tries to complete it.
Kudos to all of you for making those levels!
Now that I played all the levels here, it's time to make my own!

I made a level that is currently at a 0% success rate, but I feel is totally beatable.
It's called "into the furnace you go"
EB0F-0000-00AA-F966
I wish Mario Maker had a checkpoint option...currently 0/78.
Edit: I re-uploaded it with a different setting. The floating airship scene made the beginning very difficult
Wow, what a level. I was mostly frustrated at myself for screwing up while trying to bypass certain things but it is beatable! (I was the second person to complete the level)
I don't know where the music came from, but it makes the level eerie.
Well done!
On a side note, I'm doing the 100 Mario challenge in Expert mode to test my skills. So far, I'm 2/16 with 89 lives to go.

The music is the new NES ghost house music they made for this game.
It took me about 10 tries but I beat it! Enjoyable level, but just so you know, I damage boosted my way across the spikes at the end so I'm not sure what you wanted players to do there.
Here's some levels I've played that I think you'd all enjoy:
Blocksploitation
5999-0000-0093-0AAF
I downloaded the level and still couldn't figure out how he pulled this off.
Super Metroid - Ridley v1.2
A0E44-0000-006E-B47B
A difficult but accurate recreation of Lower Norfair from Super Metroid! Very impressive.
(Japanese Title)
6339-0000-0081-56B2
One of the first ghost house theme levels that really felt like one! You'll get disoriented and have to figure out how to escape!
Classic Airship with Boss Battle
2B08-0000-0028-F649
Feels like an old fashioned Mario 3 level. Really well done.
Slidemash Stronghold
BEC8-0000-005A-3972
A castle with a great theme executed throughout. Could easily fit in a legit game.
Parkour Palace
F786-0000-0044-80C9
Fun use of the New Super Mario Bros mechanics.
Slithering Snake Blocks! pt 1
2236-0000-003B-48A6
Great take on the snake block castle levels from Super Mario World. Some unique ideas within it as well! Tough but enjoyable.

Yup, that was planned. Meant to lure in someone without a power up.

The update for this game came out yesterday.
- Checkpoints are in! Only one per level, level must be beatable from the checkpoint as well.
- If you put a mushroom on top of a fire flower, Mario will get the mushroom if he is small, or the fire flower if he is already bigger.
- The invisible block glitch is fixed, so many levels that use it are broken.
- Event levels specifically chosen by Nintendo are available. Some of them have special costume Mario mushrooms in them, like the Triforce Heroes level.
Looking forward to seeing checkpoints in more levels now. I played a level that took me nearly 5 minutes to beat. It sucked when the hardest parts are near the end and you die after that long.
My levels -- I'll only post the first code, then you can get to the others by going to my profile from the first one:
Fire and Ice - F51F-0000-0059-098C
Style: Super Mario World, Castle
A castle level with a cool juxtaposition -- lots of blue ice amid deadly fire traps. Probably my toughest level yet, but not cheap in any way. Dodge lots of different fire obstacles while slipping and sliding on ice. The floating track sequence near the end is the toughest area. Has a secret area with two different exits, the second requiring some very tricky jumps to get to. Had a lot of fun making this level and I think it came out really well.
Note to Self
Style: Super Mario Bros. 3, Overworld
My newest level, not a lot of plays yet. A basic overworld level that plays with note blocks. Not overly difficult.
Skysaw
Style: Super Mario World, Overworld
Probably my most complex level design-wise, quite a few different ways to get through this one and multiple secret areas. Theme is pretty obvious, saws in the sky that you have to dodge while on tracked platforms. Gets a little bit tricky at the end!
The Great Airscape
Style: Super Mario Bros. 3, Airship
An airship level that follows an airship theme -- pretty tough in parts and you have to utilize bombs to blow paths through. My most starred level.
Fish Fodder - 28C4-0000-0030-89CA
Underwater cannons have been loaded with fish, can you navigate your way through? Played with some fun ideas and have multiple paths you can take if you hold on to your power ups.
Difficulty: Medium
