Not going to lie, I was obsessed with this show until I got hooked on Mr. Robot and kind of forgot about Daredevil but that trailer got me back in the mood.

Just powered through the first 3 episodes. Still so good and the Punisher/DD dynamic is just the best. Also, they have managed to one up the hallway scene.
I was never a huge Daredevil fan but decided to give it a go.
I`m really enjoying the show so far, they`ve really created a great atmosphere. On season 1 episode 6 right now and trying to catch up.
Also have to be careful not to read to much through this thread so I don`t get any spoilers, haha.
Thanks for this thread or I may never have known about the show!
On episode 8 so far. Really fun season. Different feel than the 1st season and thats a good thing. These new character aren't Fisk. And the whole tone of the season feels like that.
EDIT:
Spoiler!
And bam, just like that Fisk shows up. Mothertrucker.
Powered my way through the whole season lol. Seemed like a whole bunch of diverging story lines but everything tied itself together at the end. Lots of room for future seasons.
Spoiler!
I really wonder if the series is heading more towards Elektra and the Hand with future seasons. How will the reveal at the end affect the Matt/Karen dynamic now? Really interesting that Foggy got a job at Hoggath's law firm. Maybe he'll make a cameo in the Luke Cage/Jessica Jones/Iron Fist series in the future
Heads up to others, his spoiler is about the end of episode 8, not 7. It's a big spoiler so don't click on it like I did.
I'm on episode 9 now. This season is much better than the last. Anyone who felt last season was slow will be happy with the flow of this one.

I haven't binged watched a show like that in years, damn it was hard to stop. Powered through the whole season in 2 nights, the first season was a little slow in spots but this one was just non-stop the entire time. And I have to say that Jonathan Bernthal is by far the best Punisher put on screen, he nailed the character. With how brutal the violence was in this season I absolutely can't wait until his own series, that removed any doubts I had about how far they'd take him
Finale spoiler
Spoiler!
I didn't really feel anything when Elektra was "killed", her character just kinda fell flat for me. But seeing Punisher show up in full gear made me giddy like a little kid. Damn they nailed his look perfectly

Fisk should be out for next season as well. So you'll have a bigger dynamic to work with. Less Foggy for season 3 would be welcome IMO. And they kind of set the stage for that as Murdock pretty much said "Don't need a babysitter pal, move along".
Just finished the finale. God damn this show kicks ass. I hate myslf for watching it so fast.
My thoughts:
Spoiler!
- Bernthal's Punisher was fantastic. Just yo-yoing between heart-wrenchingly sympathetic and absolutely terrifying. Some pretty brutal scenes.
- Thought the Murdock/Elektra relationship was really well done. To HemiCuda, do you know much about Elektra? I think it's kind of a common theme that she comes back fromt he dead so that might be why you didn't feel much during her death. I thought she brought out a different side of Daredevil that enjoyed kicking ass and was having fun being Daredevil.
- Thought everyone's costumes looked great throughout.
- Small nitpicks. I didn't like Punisher's entrance of shooting up the hospital with a shotgun. He supposed to be a tactical master, right? Killing with expert precision, and here he's blowing windows away with little regard for hospital staff or other people. Just felt wierd. Also, his move in the courtroom dissapointed me. I wanted to see the DA end up losing and taking the fall for all the BS. And It just seemed kind of dumb for him, unless he knew he could get out as soon as he was in.
- Anyways, loved it. Was quite a bit better than season 1 and that's saying something. Another Marvel win. Kudos to them for pushing the envelope with their TV shows. It's really allowing these characters to get flushed out properly.
