I have to say well done to Steve Pearce tonight. His 1st legit really good game of the season and his 1st half-decent game he's had since what, I think opening against his former team.

Now please carry some semblance of that form into tomorrow and don't go back to being the hot steaming rotten garbage that you've been before tonight (unless you want to be the perpetual backup LF to Zeke for the rest of this year).

So I just heard that Salty was released today....and I'm kind of surprised because they really need to spell Russell a whole bunch more than last year...not sure that the new guy is going to cut it in that area.

That 4-0 lead sure looked nice while it lasted. Which felt like about 10 seconds.

I just hope he's not a roider, because watching him mash is amazing. He hit the hardest exit velocity homer in recorded history the other night.

Stroman goes 3 IP, and then this:
-------
@MarlyRiveraESPN: A source at the Blue Jays told me that Marcus Stroman was feeling "discomfort in his armpit" (throwing arm)
-------
Uh oh. Hope it is wrong

A one run lead with our bullpen taking over yearly..... I'm not exactly confident in this.

Another bloop hit. This one barely hit the outfield past the dirt. Yanks tie it.
