I'm much more inclined to think Engelland is battling a flu than think that Hartley feels he needs to send a message to his only plus defenseman.

I just want to see if they get the same mojo back that they had when Gio was out last season (half joking)
I know nobody cares about plus/minus, but Gio is worst on the team. He's also behind only Bollig and Jooris in PIM.
He's captain of a Flames squad headed for a historically crappy season. There would be pikes and flaming mauls outside the dome if this was Iginla.
I don't think I've been nasty at all, apologies if it comes across like that.
