So I got an insulting PM from a user named "imfunnyseriously", but when I try to view their profile it won't let me...any ideas why?

I think there is one guy who really hates CalgaryPuck and it's users, and is always signing up and getting banned.

I had a guy follow me on twitter, call me all sorts of names, call me out, etc etc, say I can't hide behind the mods here now that we're on twitter(lol). By the time I figured out how twitter worked it had moved on I guess.

I got a PM the other day telling me what a loser I am. I mean, I already know that.

Before this turns into a beerfest slamfest; let's keep in mind that he cannot defend himself- nor do we want to encourage him to keep registering.

If you do receive an abusive PM; either post it here or report it. Same as with posts within threads; the triangle icon with the verticle line can also be used to report PMs.

Beerfest tweeted to me, the day after I mentioned the incident in the PGT, in the GMG thread.

He uses the twitter handle: @BeerfestCP

He only has one tweet and it was directed at me. Nothing serious. More of a "thanks man" type tweet. Weird guy. Good luck to him.

We of course explained to him that that's not the reason he was banned, but I find banned people often fixate on a single incident that in itself probably isn't worth a ban and then refuse to see beyond that one incident. He was allowed back on a zero tolerance basis but was falling into the same patterns that got him in trouble in the first place.

But once they start emailing with profanity and sending these kinds of PMs and registering duplicate accounts just to abuse people, then it's obvious there's no amount of explanation that will get through.
