This unit is probably about 8 years old, but only used about 2 seasons as we put in central A/C.
Great for cooling off one room. Window vent piece has some normal wear and tear, power button plastic is worn off, but can still press button, and still have original remote.

I'll second this. Had a unit almost identical to this one (only 10 years old) on Kijiji last night, and had 25 replies by this morning. Sold it for the asking price $250. Picked up by someone cash in hand by noon.
