I know a place in Chinatown where the lady sells 25 pork or veggie for $10, or 25 shrimp for $15. But it's frozen and uncooked. Why do you want them uncooked? For immediate consumption or to save? If you want a good deal to buy bulk, frozen uncooked is the best way and just deep fry yourself. Hers are freakin' delicious.
Maybe if you called her ahead of time she could cook them for you, as it's not something that she offers from her regular menu. She just makes these on the side (along with dumplings and wontons).

I'm looking for something for immediate consumption. I'd like to buy a few dozen to bring to a picnic on the weekend. I would rather not have to fry them myself. Just pick them up, bring them out and serve.

Aren't Vietnamese spring rolls made fresh, wrapped in rice paper, and uncooked?

If I recall correctly, Lotus by the Saddle Dome used to have some kind of deal on large orders of spring rolls.
How much are you looking to spend though?
edit: Looks like they have a happy hour where they are $5.95 / dozen (see page 2)

I am not entirely sure what terms and conditions there are on the happy hour specials though.

They are called spring rolls in Vietman. "Salad roll" is a western name created to help non-foodies differentiate Vietnamese spring rolls from Chinese style deep fried spring rolls.

They are super easy to make if you want to give it shot yourself! The rice wrappers come hard and you have to put them in a bowl of water to soften and then you have small window to wrap when they become glutinous and stick. It's fun and delicious.

Great. I will check that out. I was hoping to find the spring rolls for $0.50 per piece or less.

Their specialty is viet subs, which IMO are the best in town, especially the saté subs. But Helen (owner) will make the frozen food if you order it ahead of time. Just a heads up, it's cash only place.
Well worth it and it's a hit at every big dinner event. I just deep fry them an hour before my dinner and bring them fresh. It's really is simple.
