The SW logo caught my attention instantly and then I remembered Arnold telling Delores, "Welcome to World", implying that it wasn't just West World. It'll be interesting to see how big this really becomes.
Did they say what the "S" stood for?
Not sure if I missed that or it wasn't stated.
Samurai or Shogun were both suggested in that EW interview posted on the previous page. Nolan wouldn't confirm either but said they are "good guesses".
I just realized that in an early episode they said there were 1400 guests, and that seemed really unlikely based on what they had shown. If there are a bunch of different parks, then that makes sense after all.
Somehow I got the impression the park is hundreds of miles across...if true then they could have ten times the guests and you wouldn't run into humans that often. Maybe Sweetwater is just one of many starter towns on the grounds.
Sweet water is also set up to move people through the town outward to other plots until the big showdown. So you could bring guests into sweet water everyday give them a night at the whorehouse then push them out into the world
Meh....it kind of makes sense, as the park has been around for so long. Calaway park has several areas that look like they've been left to abandon and ruin, and it's a tiny fraction of the size.
That weird sort of Hanna Barbara themed haunted house looked like was in ruin when I used to go there 25 years ago, and somehow its still around.
Not taking away from your point at all, but Calaway did redo the haunted house this year and it looks a million times better. Kind of a haunted hotel theme now and much scarier.

Interesting. So could stand for South, and there could be 4 parks.

I assume everyone knows Steve is a Calgarian? He even went to high school with Bingo himself.
Really? That's awesome. I'm a big fan ever since GTAV. Trevor IMO is the best video game character of all time. He's starting to pick up a lot of small roles on popular shows and I'm hoping he can get a bigger role on a show.
In regards to the show I loved every minute of it and I'm sad it's over. As with Stranger Things I'm a little skeptical that they can improve or even maintain the level of the first season as look what happened with True Detective.
