When it comes to interviews, I think Seth is much better than Fallon. I can't sit through any Jimmy Fallon interview...its just that mannerism of his..

He seems to always be in 100% joke mode during interviews, which makes him seem very rushy and inattentive.
He's got a really good thing going, and his sketches and format will keep him popular, but if I had any advice for him it would be to start nailing down a more mature, relaxed interview style.
Not saying he has to do a 180, but his interviews right now just don't mean anything. When you're watching them, you're just waiting for him to do something funny with the guest, like get up and do a song, or start doing impressions together, etc.
But his actual banter seems to be very rushed filler until he gets to whatever gimmick him and the guest are going to do together that night.
You look at Fergusen and Letterman and those guys have their goofy moments, but I find you get lots of genuine discussion and interesting interviews mixed in, where as Fallon just seems to have zero interest in that.

still love the new show, though.
Jon Stewart is a master at that. Some of my favorite moments of The Daily Show are when he has a guest on and he gets them to just tell an interesting story from their life. He may add a quick one liner sometimes but he never rushes them or tries to force himself back into the conversation (I find Conan really bad for that). Of course his caliber of guests is far better as well, he gets amazingly interesting non-celebrities that you'd never see on any of the network talk shows
Jon Stewart is decent at interviews, but his over the top fake laugh drives me nuts. Hands to the face, swiveling the chair, half standing up.... It's too much.
The Quest stands upon the edge of a knife. Stray but a little, and it will fail, to the ruin of all. Yet hope remains while the Company is true. Go Flames Go!
Watching Ford on Kimmel tonight, if I knew how I could rip it off my dvr I would. I love this guy
