I was hoping Rudd was gonna drop the suit jacket, revealing a white tank top to complete the look.

The thing where Seth asks Fred every night about his strange idea for the day is not working. Put Fred in sketches.

I watched Craig Ferguson the other night and he interviewed Ashton Kutcher, very enjoyable.

I think far and away he is the best at "interviewing".

When it comes to interviews, I think Seth is much better than Fallon. I can't sit through any Jimmy Fallon interview...its just that mannerism of his..

He seems to always be in 100% joke mode during interviews, which makes him seem very rushy and inattentive.

He's got a really good thing going, and his sketches and format will keep him popular, but if I had any advice for him it would be to start nailing down a more mature, relaxed interview style.

Not saying he has to do a 180, but his interviews right now just don't mean anything. When you're watching them, you're just waiting for him to do something funny with the guest, like get up and do a song, or start doing impressions together, etc.

But his actual banter seems to be very rushed filler until he gets to whatever gimmick him and the guest are going to do together that night.

You look at Fergusen and Letterman and those guys have their goofy moments, but I find you get lots of genuine discussion and interesting interviews mixed in, where as Fallon just seems to have zero interest in that.

still love the new show, though.

Jon Stewart is a master at that. Some of my favorite moments of The Daily Show are when he has a guest on and he gets them to just tell an interesting story from their life. He may add a quick one liner sometimes but he never rushes them or tries to force himself back into the conversation (I find Conan really bad for that). Of course his caliber of guests is far better as well, he gets amazingly interesting non-celebrities that you'd never see on any of the network talk shows

Jon Stewart is decent at interviews, but his over the top fake laugh drives me nuts. Hands to the face, swiveling the chair, half standing up.... It's too much.

All four of them were fun. But those two were certainly the best. Bitman would be my favourite pick of the bunch.

Anyone know a site where you can watch tv live? I really want to see Jimmy Kimmel tonight with Rob Ford.

That was hilarious and tragic at the same time. Why on earth Ford did that is beyond me.

Prince is so rarely interviewed. He is a different cat in some ways, and in other ways he is totally normal.

He tore it up though with his new band:
