Avoiding Lester and Beckett is nice.

Not sure what to expect this weekend. Alvarez, Drabek and Hutchison are all pretty much wildcards every time they go out to pitch. I think our offense is really headed in the right direction though, hopefully KJ can return to the lineup tonight.

Red Sox lineup is brutally decimated. Hope the Jays can take at least 2 of 3 this weekend.

Punto makes Jeff Mathis look like a Silver Slugger and Ponsednik batting leadoff is hilarious. Yet the Sox continue to score runs and win ball games.

That sucked. Jays get the first two batters on and Bautista k's and then a double play ball

Alvarez is a #5 guy until he finds a strikeout pitch

Bautistia behaves like a spoiled child far too often.

It's embarrassing. Be a pro and shut your mouth already.

He's been quiet for awhile now, don't blame him for arguing that. Can people name anything else he's done on and off the field that deserve him being called a spoiled brat?

You can argue once in a while. Disputing a call almost every at-bat gets tiring. Throwing the bat today was just another example of his constant whining.

Alvarez still has a lot of work to do. He's going to get hit pretty hard this season against stronger teams. Guess it's time for everyone who believe this is a make or break season for the Jays to jump off the bandwagon again and declare the season over.

Alvarez gives up a run, but works out of a jam. Now we need some runs from meat of the order.
