Minutes were more balanced tonight because the Flames had such a big lead early. Mine as well balance playing time out more than usual in that case.

The Flames were really ready to roll from the drop of the puck, something you just don’t expect in matinees.

I can't help but wonder what 25min of Gio/Hamilton looks like. Obviously not interested in seeing it in a 5-2 game, but would like to see it before the playoffs.

To add, at some point I would like to see Hamilton given a more prominent PK role. His size and reach would be a huge asset. Doesn't have to be this season, but I want to see it.
