Ignoring OT wins is just dumb. No, they didn't win in regulation. But not all PO games finish in regulation.

No, OT games in the POs don't go to 3-3. But Calgary didn't lose the OT wins either and there's no telling who would have won them if they kept playing 5-5. After all, in each of those games they were, on the face of it, as good as the other team 5-5.

Vancouver has been winning against good teams.

Florida has dropped a few games in a row against below average teams.

Since it's a weekly ranking thing, that totally makes sense to me.
