Guitar Hero 5

For those that are interested Blockbuster Video has Guitar Hero 5 for $69.99. As far as I know this game is supposed to be released next week (September 1st) so if you want it early you may want to head there. I saw this at the Country Hills BBV (next to Sobeys).

Nope, it was just the software. They had it in their PS3 case. Probably should have mentioned that all I saw was the PS3 version. I didn't look for the XBox 360 version.

also, just so people know, if you pre-order, or (i think) buy gh5 in september - they're giving you GH Van Halen for free (releases in december, and they say you'll get it early, probably november'ish).

Are the Rock Band drums compatible with GH5?

I haven't been the biggest Guitar Hero fan since Harmonix left, but with old Thrice, Face to Face, Sunny Day Real Estate, Children of Bodom, and Darkest Hour it may be worth a look.

Does anyone find the vocals in Guitar Hero don't go quiet, even when turned all the way down? It's very annoying when you have a singer in your band and they are being backed up and upstaged.
