Any player who cleared waivers without being posted in this thread must be reposted for another 48 hours. This thread is mandatory for all players being placed on waivers.

just when sent down EXCEPT you leave a U23 player above a certain OV rating in the AHL ahead off the season. There's a deadline before the season where you have to recall a player who's rated above a certain threshold or you have to leave him in the AHL all season if you don't want to expose him to waivers.

Posted this from my phone Friday night. Looks like a board error if it didn't post, not really my fault. Haven't been on a computer for 3 days due to a demolition job.

Sorry for the delay. Someone submitted a claim for "Brad Stuart" so we had to clarify if they meant Mark.
Which they did.
So Mark claimed by the Oilers
Tyutin clears.
