The worst thing about that play is West not working to get in the right position. If he's not in good enough shape to do it he shouldn't be umping

I don't think he was touched. Pillar acted like he wasn't touched and every angle I saw seems like he was missed completely.

Cecil stays in. Probably not a terrible call against a lefty.

3 pitches, 3 strikes........1 out. Nice.

If you look at the catcher's glove, it didn't move until it hit the ground.

Oh well.

And that's the game. Nice job by Cecil and Osuna to lock it down.

Woo!

Small ball wins this one...beauty. O's playing to stop the long ball and the Jays adjust the swings as soon as the starter leaves. Only caught the 8th on, but great result.

Man, this team. All game they've got nothing going, and they still get the win, just like last night. They just won't be denied!!

Found a way to win yet again. This team can beat you in many different ways. I don't know if any team stacks up well against the Jays at this point. AND they're doing this without Tulowitzki. Just wait till he returns.

If the Jays hold the tiebreaker, shouldn't the magic number be 2? I'm confused about that.

Sox leading the Yanks 5-1 in the 9th.
KC and the Cubs scoreless in the 8th.

Cecil has been on a serious roll here. I heard Vin Sully a couple weeks back saying how there are so few guys with a good curve ball nowadays that hitters no longer know how to hit a good one. Cecil has good one.

Joe West is a fat old sack of turd. He is not even capable of moving.

If both teams ended up with 92 wins, the Jays and Yankees would have to play a tiebreaking game.

The tie breaker only matters in the Jays vs Royals situation. If they are tied Jays take 1st overall.

Not sure why I thought the head to head records decided the division in a tiebreaker. Oh well. Looks like it won't matter. Magic number down to 2 with 6 to play. Looking very good now!
