Alvarez was lucky to be facing the Twins and that AAA lineup tonight but still another quality start by Jays pitching. Be nice to get some momentum going for the Rays and Yankees series next week.

I still don't mind our bullpen when Santos is back. Oliver, Perez, Frasor, Janssen are still 4 relievers I really trust.

Solid game against a terrible team. They need to build some confidence in the bats from this series and that was a good start. The bullpen looked good as well. Let's hope Drabek looks good tomorrow.

Forecast looking pretty awful in Minny tomorrow just as a heads up to fellow CP Jays Fans. Weather Channel predicts thunderstorms and rain

I really am hoping they get this game in. Be really nice to build up as much momentum as possible going into 4 straight vs the Yankees and Rays. Get it together mother nature

17 pitches so far and only 5 have been thrown for strikes.

Drabek has walked the bases loaded. Maybe the rain delay effected him, but he is looking god awful

Rough inning for Drabek. Good news we are only down by 1. Hopefully Drabek can regroup and the Jays can produce some more wins.

I will say that the strike zone seems fairly small as Drabek has narrowly missed on some of his pitches.

I can't pretend to know how it feels to not have your control when on the mound or how to locate pitches better, but Drabek should at least make this awful Twins lineup swing the bat

Still a chance the Jays streak of starters going at least 5 innings could continue but man are we ever lucky to be down a run after how awful Drabek has been. Luckily he does have a few out pitches to bail him out of trouble but his command still has a long way to go.
