[News] Blackhawks busy as 2013-14 season gets going
CHICAGO -- As GM Stan Bowman left his office at the United Center late Thursday night, tie undone a la Brian Burke, he was asked if his management team was done making moves. As he walked out the front door, he replied, "For now, yes".
A handful of Blackhawks players were seen heading to O'Hare International Airport, bags in tow. None of them had any comment as they headed away to catch their flights. Young center Ryan Nugent-Hopkins was seen with tears in his eyes as he left the arena.
