2 Calgary brothers charged with sex attack on teen

Two brothers have now been charged in the kidnapping and sexual assault of a teen girl.

Police said the 17-year-old was waiting at a Taradale bus stop about 11:30 p.m. Friday when she was approached by two men, attacked, taken to a nearby alley and sexually assaulted.

She was then forcibly walked to a home in the neighbouring community of Martindale where she was repeatedly sexually assaulted until she managed to escape about 8 a.m. Saturday, said police.
Investigators were able to identify the house and, on Sunday, they took three men into custody.

On Monday, they announced two brothers have now been charged in the attack.

Instead of wasting precious resources on locking these guys up they should be dealt with as their name suggests with many shots.

Can you guys stop, immediately please? Why does this **** always fly with natives? Similar comments are made about black people or any other race, and it would be deplorable and have no place here. But for some reason it's open season on natives, which I guess is just representative of our country as a whole.

With their lengthy criminal records, well it makes me question what the judge was thinking when he grants them bail and they continually break those conditions.

Not trying to play the race card. I have family who are Native so I don' t give a crap if their Native or not. It was simply a hilarious attempt to say that are both look like POS.

Terrible thing to happen to that poor girl. I heard an interview with one of the investigators and they said that she is beyond traumatized. Hopefully justice is swift and harsh.

Well, that there is pretty sad. In my world, sexual assault causing bodily harm would "attract a term" of life in prison. Maybe with your balls in a vice.

This young girl just got destroyed, and many other people are going to go down with that ship. It's as bad as murder. Violent sexual assault should be a life sentence.

Sorry wasn't clear. I meant that the amount of racism you see on here towards natives is representative of the amount of racism you see and hear towards natives in real life in Canada, as in substantially higher than any other race, and less contested.

It doesn't matter if you have family who are native. That #### has no place in any part of our society and I don't stand for it. It is prejudicial and only creates a larger gap between Canadians. Consider what you say before saying it.
