Probably a fair deal when compared to some players (Stajan for example).

RFA. This seems slightly cheap, but then, he's getting paid on the basis of one 20 goal campaign.

So Between the two very comparable RFA's on NSH, Wilson got the lower cap hit between he and Smith? Weird.

He had a very good playoff round which likely helped cement his payday. Guys moving into bigger contracts earlier it seems. In a cap world, should ultimately mean less money for "older" players who aren't stars. See Glencross, Curtis
Son of Old #33, Carey Wilson. Not exactly my favorite Flame but I seem to remember he had two tours with the team.
