Get over yourself. You don't know what actually happened. You weren't there. None of us were. You have no friends or family currently living in black US ghettos. Your sympathy for Martin does not give you any insight into what actually happened.

Actually I do,
a kid went to the store and while walking home was shot dead. also a neighborhood watch guy, with a gun, and anger issues, shot someone dead.

No, but you can draw conclusions from previous arrests. I'm not about to have faith that a guy who has pulled a gun twice on people he supposedly cares about wouldn't hesitate to pull a gun on an unarmed teen he doesn't care about.
If you still believe this clown was innocent of killing Trayvon then nothing will make you believe he was guilty. He very well may be innocent but don't sit here and pretend these arrests don't paint him in a bad light regarding the murder trial.

I don't mean to put words in the good Captain's mouth, but he and I have seemed to have the same perspective on this case.
It's not that Zimmerman was innocent, he was not-guilty. The arguments for him being not-guilty work in a similar fashion for him being innocent. There is too much unknown, and conflicting evidence.
I'm not saying Zimmerman is innocent (I don't think I ever did) and I don't think Captain Crunch is saying Zimmerman is innocent, we're both saying he's not guilty.
The difference between Innocent and Not-Guilty is outlined above.

Nope he killed TM, that's for sure, but you are drawing your own conclusions that they are pattern related,
This arrest paints him in a bad light, but is an unrelated circumstance.
According to the courts he was found innocent in the TM killing, not because he didn't kill him. But because they couldn't prove that it was murder under the charges specified.

He'll be back in court Jan. 7th. Bond set at $9000. He can't travel outside the state of Florida, can't be in possession of firearms, and can't go within 1500 feet of two residences the judge specified. Apparently his girlfriend said there was another domestic dispute a week or two ago where he chocked her but she did not call police.

Personally I think Zimmerman is a loon, he is the poster boy for fire arm restrictions at this point.
For all of the speeches, on changing the laws in terms of gun ownership, it just seems like its a cause that's fallen by the way side again.
But guys like Zimmerman shouldn't have access to weapons. But the courts have to agree with that.

The state attorney in the hearing mentioned the girlfriend had said he was either suicidal or talked about suicide recently. The media asked his lawyers afterwards if he was suicidal, the one lawyer said he didn't get that impression at all..........then said the first time he talked to him was today.

I doubt he's suicidal. Abusive people often threaten suicide to manipulate and control their partners. He's clearly abusive given that he's pulled a gun on his (ex) wife and girlfriend both on the past few months. He's a POS through and through.

Zimmerman, who in July was acquitted in the racially charged fatal shooting of black teen Trayvon Martin, is in more than $2 million of legal debt, according to his lawyer.
|
Whoever is bidding has to be doing so as a way of just supporting Zimmerman and helping him out of debt.
In 2 years time no one will remember Zimmerman, so I can't see this being a great investment.
It is really a crazy system. Either spend life in prison or be crippled by debt.
How do you even get a lawyer who would allow someone to go 2 million in debt? Was Zimmerman fairly well off before this? I assumed he was low to middle class. Perhaps this lawyer knew this would be a high profile case and took it more for the name recognition and knew he would never get his money due?

They should send Floyd Mayweather to the ring and tell George Zimmerman it's DMX. He won't know the difference.
