I know nothing about any of them except the top 3 and even then it's only what I've read. So whatever you guys pick, I'll go with that.

This is my honest prediction, although it's not necessarily what I hope happens. I think some of the later picks get traded, but that's too hard to predict.
6th OA: Olli Juolevi D
According to what people have heard at the ticket meetings, it seems they Flames like Juolevi.
35th OA: Riley Tufte F (most have him going before then, but oh well)
53rd OA: Cam Dineen D
55th OA: Jordan Stallard F
Conroy said the Flames are willing to take gambles on skilled players in during the second round. They being said, the Flames still want some size.
65th OA: Simon Stransky F
Point per game player, I could see his offensive production increase quite a bit as he takes a leadership role on his team.
95th OA: Henrik Borgström F
Big, skilled, needs to put on weight. Looks like he's going NCAA? 55 points in 40 games in Jr. A SM-liiga.
125th OA: Rem Pitlick F
He's small, over-aged, and taking him this high would be a bit of a "stretch". But he had 89 points in only 56 games in the USHL. The Flames have had luck with this kind of pick in the past.
155th OA: James Jake Ryczek D
34 points in 47 USHL games. Small. Definitely worth a gamble.
165th OA: Nicholas Sanders G
Calgary boy. I could see him stealing the starting job next year.
185th OA: Jiri Karafiat F
European gamble. Looks like he has skill. 29 points in 36 games in Czech U20.
Almost all of these guys have raw skill, but have various drawbacks. Since the Flames have a lot of picks, they can afford to take these gambles with high upside.

I can see something like this happening but I doubt Gauthier lasts till #22, maybe pull a similar swap with Carolina for #13 and #20,Likely loose out on Keller but we could add Brown if they want size or speed in McLeod.

@New Era
If Tage Thompson gets picked after Tim Gettinger I will eat my hat. If Thompson slips to the 3rd round, I will send out a pube collection box to the CP collective and mow down on a pube 'n meatball hoagie.

No way I'd do this. We can get a really good player at 6, and to trade that away just to move up from 35 to 21 isn't compelling at all. At a certain point quality trumps quantity.

After taking 2 skilled Dman with their first 2 picks and getting Hamilton last year I can't see them taking a Dman at 6. and if they do I would hope they would take Chychrun.
