The more I think about it, the more I want the pens to win it all. It would be great to see Kessel win the cup just to shut up some of the TO media, I wouldn't mind seeing Crosby win it all since I still think he's the best player, he's taken a lot of criticism this year and it's something else for Mcalmost to be compared to and it'll likely cause an even bigger goalie controversy for them.

I want Pittsburgh to beat Tampa Bay and I had Pittsburgh in the SC final. If SJ advance to the Final, I'd root for Pitts to win it all so Crosby be 2 up on OV. If Nashville beat SJ, I'd root for Nashville to win it, cos I fell in love with this team in this playoff.

Said this in the Western Conference thread, but the last 4 teams remaining are all the 4 highest scoring teams in the playoffs. In keeping with that theme I'll take the Penguins in 7 only because they've scored more than the Lightning so far.

Not a fan but I will say Tampa Bay in 6. They are getting back their injured players and are a more consistent team then Pittsburg. As good as Burns has been, Hedman has been the best defenceman in the playoffs, and he is getting his partner back.

So Stamkos and Stralman are not in for game 1. However, Stralman says he might play game 2 (too early to tell), while Stamkos says he "hopes" to be back later in the series.

I'm rooting for Bolts in 7. Tampa has better goaltending and Hedman is a beast. I think they can shut down Pittsburgh and take it.

Still thinking the Blues are winning the cup this year though.

Letang is a goddamn moron. He sees the hit coming and immediately turns face first into the boards. Just an idiotic move.

Letang just got laid out by Callahan. Not a good hit, but I have a hard time having sympathy for Letang given his conduct in these play offs so far.

5 minute major for Callahan for boarding.

Superb PK by the Bolts. Gave the Pens nothing.

Lightning survive the major penalty, although to be fair the majority of good chances came after it was already over.

Murray has already had two close calls, one a post and one a great glove save on Palat after a ridiculous centering pass by Drouin.
