What an Idiot
I have no issues with hunting, unless it is trophy hunting.

He must have some serious virility issues, seeing as he's able to grow a bombastic 70s stache, yet still feels the need to kill hundreds of animals.

I wondering if all of these animals were legal to kill at the time of killing.

Most likely. Hunting in africa is done on game farms where the animals are raised on the far purely for the sport of hunting. These are large, fenced in tracts of land where the rights to hunt animals are sold, mostly to
foreigners. Almost any animal is legal to hunt in this setting and the countries where this takes place do not have the same animal protection laws as here.
Where legal factors come in is if any of the animals were taken on nature preserves. The nature preserves are illegal to hunt on and there are armed guards which enforce the rules with lethal force.

Yeah I know that, been to a few game farms in SA.
I thought black rhino's were critically endangered, I can't see them being legal to shoot now even on a farm that raises them to be hunted.
I also noticed a leopard or cheetah in the background of one photo, and I don't they are doing to hot either.

He has been hunting for 40 years, he could have shot the rhino ages ago. I don't know if there would be a game farm that would have one today.
You can definately hunt Leopards and Cheetahs legally on game farms.
