Probably the most evident case of a single player propping up a subpar team since prime Iginla with those post-2006 Flames teams. You shut x player down, you shut the team down.

I can't remember the percentage that was mentioned, but the amount of Oilers offence that he has had a part in is ridiculous.

It's funny that he has to impose his will just to try and counteract the nightly collapses by the rest of the team and keep them afloat. If I were the kid I'd be asking a king's ransom on my next contract to keep me around.
