Store that Sells unlocked Phones in Calgary?

Was wondering if anyone knew of a store in Calgary that sold unlocked phones?

I know there is OmegaCell in Edmonton, but was wondering if there was one here in Calgary.

I went to Orangewave Wireless a few years back. Don't know if they're still around though. They were up by Centre street and 18th or 19th ave NW.

I've been looking for a store that sells non-network bound (unlocked) phones too.

I am pretty sure you can go into a Rogers or Telus (or even Bell?) store, buy a phone outright, and they'll sell it to you unlocked.

It may vary.

Take the iPhone for example. You can buy an iPhone outright from Rogers, Telus or Bell. But they will be locked to those networks. You can only buy the unlocked iPhone from Apple directly.

None of the big three companies will sell you an unlocked version of their phones, nor will they unlock any phones (except for some dealer stores). Although i hate the place, there's a store in Market Mall that sells unlocked cell phones. They charge insane prices for some phones but they are unlocked. The place is called Cellular Baby.
