Default Back button

When I hit the back button on CP, nothing happens? Works on other sites. I'm 0% technical savvy, so have no clue what's going on...

Yes. On the browser. But only on Chrome. Not IE. Am I an idiot?

And then, just now, I had a pop up that said something about about bpebijigairpejighah.club was going to block internet access and that I should call 1-844-755-0515. I had to end the task on task manager to un-freeze my browser.

Sounds like you've got some kind of infection going on, the site can't really do anything to Chrome to impact the behaviour of the back button.

Yeah that absolutely sounds like a virus, nothing to do with CP

Run an antivirus scanner and contact your IT guy (if you have one)

But why only on CP? Any other websites work fine.

That I'm not sure, it does seem weird but if it works in one browser but not another (and I use Chrome as well and don't have any issues with the back button) then it's more likely to be a problem with the browser itself, and if you're getting popups warning you to call a number then I'd say it's some kind of malware infection. We shouldn't be serving any ads like that.
