We were spoiled I legitimately feel for everyone on here that didn't get to experience those great teams in the 80's and early 90's

If you take away the Flames hot start and add in the fact they play in the West instead of the East - then they will be getting a top 4 pick and likely a top 2.
At the moment the only team possibly worse than the flames is the Sabres.
