Sharp is one stroke off of the leader, Henderson is three back.

Anyone else going to go to the Canadian Open this year at Priddis?

Rory McIlroy withdraws from Olympic Games amid Zika fears

I would not be surprised if more big name players drop out. Just not worth the risk for these guys. You already have Adam Scott, Oosthuizen, Charl Schwartzel, Marc Leishman and Vijay Singh dropping out and Ricky Fowler contemplating skipping as well. I guess this is what happens when you put the Olympics in a third world country.

I was watching Feherty on Monday and he had McIlroy on. He talked about the Olympics and how it would be such an honor to represent Ireland and winning a Gold medal would be equivalent to winning a major. It must have been a really tough decision to decide not to attend considering Golf returns to the Olympics after a 112 year absence.

Jason Day is withdrawing from the RIO Olympics citing Zika virus fears.

Golf is gonna be withdrawing from the Olympics pretty quick because none of the stars are going. I know it's gonna be the worst Olympics ever, but still disappointing to see it become a mid-level PGA event. Just have the Olympic golf at Augusta instead.

Who's dropped out so far? Day, Shane Lowry, Rory, Schwartzel... Hopefully we don't lose anymore.

But is the reason anything other than Zika? If this was 2012 would guys be dropping out of London?

And just in case anyone is interested I've really enjoyed the Shackhouse Podcast. Part of The Ringer's podcast lineup, has Geoff Shackleford and Joe House going over the biggest stories in golf and previews and recaps of tournaments. New episode tonight that I haven't listened to yet, but from the description they seem to talk about guys dropping out of Rio, and an interview with Henrik Stenson.

I know it's not the biggest award but Brooke was also nominated for an ESPY as best Female Golfer.

Despite Brooke Henderson saying she played awful today, she takes a 2 shot lead over Maria Jose Uribe into the final round after shooting 2 under 70.

Looks like Brooke is going to win again. My $5 bet on her to win the money list this year pays $250.

Henderson became the first back-to-back winner at Portland since Annika Sorenstam won consecutive tournaments in 2002 and 2003. The 18-year-old from Smith Falls, Ont., is the first wire-to-wire winner at Portland since the tournament went to a 72-hole event in 2013.

In the last 20 years has any other Canadian put up a sporting season on par or better than this?

Male or female?
Any sport?

Perhaps a speed skater or a moguls skier?

I'd think that Steve Nash in his prime was at least as good.

Yikes, didnt realize how far ahead Ko was in the world rankings. Im guessing the current rankings havent been updated yet to reflect todays win, but still. Might take a lot to topple Ko

Anyone see what Mcilroy said about the olympics? Stuff like "its not my job to grow the game" and "I will be watching the important sports at the olympics". Yikes
