Weird goals that came from nothing. Mane is amazing.

What a difference Mane makes. His pace really opens up space.

Now to see if our defence can hold onto a lead for once.

Well at least I didn't have to wake up at 5:30 for this. Liverpool looked horrible and out of sorts, so Dr. Tottenham showed up to help out.

I still think they will tie it up and maybe get the win though. Couple things to sort out at the half, but it's not over.

You know that the transfer window is closed right?

Haha, so it's too late to bring in the Wolverhampton squad to right the ship in this one?

I really think this is more a case of Spurs being terrible than it is of Liverpool having it all set. I guess we'll see how the second half goes though. If the next goal is 3-0, then I guess I am just wrong.

well done Spuds. You can always count on them to screw up in the most important games.

Chelsea can plan the parade.

I tend to think it's Spurs who will end up in sixth place by seasons end. Just absolutely no depth to their squad, and they still have Europa League, which they have to go all in on since they are not even close to guaranteed top four.

Yeah....its pretty much over.

But we can be just as pissed at Liverpool.

They beat or were even with all the big clubs and drop the ball on the minnows. You cant do that.

Credit to Chelsea though, I'm always surprised that managers havent realized that the path to success in the Premier League is just harvesting small clubs for points.

Same goes for United though. It's funny; Spurs have stopped the hot streak of City and Chelsea this season, and looked really solid in doing that. They drop points to a team like Liverpool while others are dropping points to Hull or Watford or whoever else, and this is when the "Spursy" talk comes up.

I think its going to be quite a finish. It's true that some of the teams have games to play in Europe and the FA Cup, whereas others have skillfully bombed out. I do think that is a disadvantage (and one that Chelsea doesn't face as well). But Spurs can hang in. They've got great defence and if they can get some production upfront there is no reason why they can't finish in the top four.

The schedule is ridiculous right now. Liverpool have 16 (!!!) days off now, while United have four games in the mean time (2x EL, 1x FA Cup, 1x League Cup final). Uniteds next league match is in March.

My favorite thing is when a team loses for the first time in 2 months in the league and the season is over and they have no depth

20 minutes before the game they were touted as the best chance to maybe get close to Chelsea by most of the football writers

There also done for this year with Chelsea, city, and Liverpool and have United, Everton, and arsenal at home

Leicester are about to find themselves dangerously close to the relegation zone. What a fall.

They have Sevilla in the cl too and I think a real good chance they get pumped by a big score

I wonder if it would get tinkerman fired

Either way I think it would be a fork in the road, either they just get so down they stumble towards relegation or maybe it wakes them up a bit

I think the former is more likely

I saw a few writers say Vardy must be kicking himself for not going to arsenal, this summer I don't think any top clubs will go in for him
