EC Playoffs Round 1: Boston Bruins vs Detroit Red Wings (Bruins win 4-1).
Game 1: Detroit 1 @ Boston 0. Red Wings lead the series 1-0.
Game 2: Detroit 1 @ Boston 4. Series tied 1-1.
Game 3: Boston 3 @ Detroit 0. Bruins lead the series 2-1.
Game 4: Boston 3 @ Detroit 2 (OT). Bruins lead the series 3-1.
Game 5: Detroit 2 @ Boston 4. Bruins win the series 4-1.
Bruins in 6. I think Detroit will put up a fight but Boston is just too strong. Depth down the lineup and a lot of their top players are playing well.
Predictions? Thoughts?

Don't like either team so good to see that one will be out in the 1st round.
Want Iggy to win but Boston fans are so awful that I hope he wins it next year for a different team.
Detroit has done very well with their injuries and Babcock should be an easy winner for coach of the year but hard to see them doing much against the much better Bruins.
Detroit gets 1 thanks to them being Detroit (whether that means the vets, Babcock or the refs get it for them I am not sure) but that is it.

Bruins in 6. I think the Wings would have upset Pittsburgh though, too bad for them they aren't one seed higher.

This is a tough one, the Wings owned the season series but with Zetterberg out I think the Bruins will be too much.

Iggy in 4. I'm reluctant to cheer for Boston but I would in fact enjoy seeing Iginla hoist the cup over his head.

Detroit shouldn't even be in the playoffs only reason is they are great at losing in overtime and shoot out what a disgrace the point system is. Boston in 4.

Fully on the Boston bandwagon for the playoffs. I was in the Boston last week and went to the Bruins vs Flyers game but unfortunately Iginla was injured so I couldn't cheer for him, still ended up buying a Bruins Iginla jersey. Great atmosphere, great fans. Got talking to a couple of Bruins fans around my seats and they really think Calgary is a classy organization and they loved how we treated Iginla during his first game back at the Dome, they are all hoping to win the Cup of course and especially for Iginla.
Bruins in 5.

The Wings have four more points than the Caps in ninth, and only have two more points from ot/shootout losses. So that's absolute nonsense, they would have got in either way.
