Is that the waiver deadline too or can we do those until the final day of the season?

You can waive someone after the deadline but if they are claimed, I can't move them in the sim

Thanks. If I waive someone post deadline, and they are claimed but can't be moved, does their cap still count against my team total and would I get dinged for being over the cap limit?

No I just mean I can't move them in the sim. So they'd move to their roster on the site and come off the original teams sim roster
